Got that hub on the car!
I found a round blade file that fit, and used that to knock off the high spots of rust, then I threw some gear oil on the inside of the hub splines.
Gave it a good squeeze and it finally slide on! Only 5 hour is after I started a 1 hour project that I now won’t be finishing till Wednesday when I have time to work on the car again!

I thought it was an overly thick application of powdercoating for some reason . Glad you dug out a file and did what needed to be done.

There was paint on the splines, but there was also a good amount of rust and putting under the paint
